What are your rates?

Can I use a credit card to pay?

Yes, I now accept credit cards through Square!

Do you offer payment plans?

I want photography to be accesible to everyone so please ask me about starting a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payment plan if this option would work best for you!

Do you offer discounts?

YES, but only for my former clients! Follow me on Facebook and Instagram (patito_feo_glamour and patito_feo_classsic)for discounts, giveaways, and other exciting news.   

I also like to offer gifts to my clients who refer me to others or write reviews on Yelp or my facebook page!  So, if someone refered you to me, please let me know so that I can thank them!

AND, CLASSIC clients who purchase over $500 in prints/products/digitals receive a personalized gift at the end of the year!

GLAMOUR clents who purchase more than $1,000 in prints/products/digitals receive a personalized gift at the end of the year!  Also, donate a dress or gown at your reveal session and receive a 5x7 print if I feel the dress is a good fit for the client closet.  

Do you offer mini sessions?

Yes, this option is great for CLASSIC clients who want pictures more frequently or only need/want a few pictures.  Mini sessions last 20 minutes and there's even a way to get yours free (contact me for details)!

Do you have a studio?

I do most of my sessions using the natural light of the evening sun on my six acre property in Rio Linda, CA.  

My professional studio is currently being built on my property and will be ready beginning in late Summer of 2020!

When should I book?

As soon as possible and as far in advance as you'd like!  Because I am focused on raising my son and spending time with my family I only book four sessions a month.  Please don't wait until the last minute to book because I hate having to turn my clients down.  

I saw this picture on Pinterest, can you do something similar?

Yes!  I love when my clients show me what they want to inspire my creativity.  You just have to understand that even if two photographers were at the same place, at the same time, photographing the same person, no two images would be the same.  The picture I create for you, from the picture you send me, will have elements of its contents but will reflect my style.  Look through my portfolios and make sure you like my images before you book so that you are not dissapointed.  

What should I wear?

It's best to avoid wearing bold colors,  patterns, logos/brands and loose clothing when you come to the session. Choose outfits that are classic and timeless (collared/button up shirts for men/boys, figure enhancing dresses/skirts for women or fitted jeans for a more casual look).  Make sure your clothes are clean and pressed. And if you're not sure exactly what to wear, text me and we can work together to help you choose the right outfit or bring along several choices.

Overdress...you can never be overdressed for your portraits! 

When can I expect to see the images from my session?

Editing can take up to two weeks but I am usually so excited after a session that I get started right away, and once I start it's hard to stop!

Can I see or purchase the unedited or RAW digital files?

Unfortunately, the answer is no.  The best part of being a photographer is creating what I see in my mind using my camera and my editing software.  So an unedited image is only part of my vision and does not represent my final work.  

How long does it take to recieve my prints/products/digitals after I make my payment?

Prints usually arrive within two weeks.  Products can take up to six weeks (I design and order the product, the lab creates it, lab sends it to me).  I personally check your prints/products for damage or color errors and will reorder if need be.  When picking up your items, please inspect them carefully; once you take them I can no longer make exchanges.  

Digital images will be avaliable within a week (usually sooner) via digital download for CLASSIC clients.  Make sure you have enough memory on your computer (you will receive high quality images).  

GLAMOUR clients will reveive digitals images on a USB.  

Once you purchase prints/products/digitals my watermark will be removed.  

How do I select and order the images I'd like to purchase?

For CLASSIC clients:

Each image in your gallery is numbered.  Send me a list of each number you'd like to purchase along with the type of product you'd like.  

Example:

Image 7 (two 5x7 prints, one 8x10 print)

Image 18 (11x14 canvas)

Images 20, 33, 46, and 58 (digital)

*You can send me a picture of your handwritten list, type your list in an email, message or text, create a spreadsheet...

Before placing your order, I will send you an invoice.  Double check that I have not made an error before making your payment! 

For GLAMOUR clients:

You will be making your purchase during your reveal session.  

How does product design work?

You can be as involved as you'd like!  Some clients like to just pick a couple of options and I do the rest of the work.  Others would like to make the decisions on every aspect of the product, so as I am working on it I will text/message/email questions for you to help you customize the product.  Many clients choose the images they want included and trust me to create the most beautiful product I can.  It's totally up to you!
